Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–5 working days; made-to-order items within 2–14 working days. We hold limited stock, so please contact us to check availability if you need an item sooner.
After dispatch, allow an estimated 2–5 working days for courier delivery, or 5–7 working days for outlying areas.
Shipping
Standard shipping for regular-sized products is R149. The R199 priority option prioritises order processing; it does not guarantee faster courier delivery. Shipping for larger-volume items is R549. Rates vary according to the items in your order; the applicable options and charges are shown at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over R3500 for smaller items. Large-scale and bulky items are subject to separate shipping charges and terms and conditions.
We deliver to physical addresses within South Africa only.
Returns
For non-personalised items, request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging; return courier costs are for your account.
Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly personalised items remain unaffected. Read our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
