Where does Delicious Monsters ship to?
Delicious Monsters ships anywhere within South Africa.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within South Africa.
Can I send my order to a postal address?
No, we currently do not ship to PO box addresses.
How much will the courier charge be?
We offer free shipping for all orders over R3500 nationwide. A flat rate shipping of R150 applies to orders below R3500.
Do you have a showroom?
No, sorry, we are an online store.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be done via our secure payment gateway Payfast. Payfast is South Africa’s leading payment gateway offering fast and secure payments. Instant EFT enables buyers to make payments with traditional internet banking with SA's four biggest banks. The electronic funds transfer (EFT) gets verified instantly. No two day waiting period, no proof of payment required and no disclosing of financial information.
Do you allow for collections?
Yes, this can be arranged on special request. Collection point would be in Ballito Durban. Please email email@example.com prior to placing your order.
Can I return my item if I want to?
Yes. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in saleable condition.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
If we have the stock on hand we can dispatch within 2-5 working days. If there is no stock readily available then there will be a longer lead time of around 15 working days. Delivery times are an estimate and Delicious Monsters will not be held responsible for any delays caused by Courier Companies. Deliveries via courier will only be done on working days, within working hours, to the address provided by you. Please note that we are not held responsible for incorrect delivery details that are provided, so please ensure that you complete the delivery details correctly on checkout.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We will notify you via email that your order has been dispatched. You can track your order online on Fastway using the waybill number on your delivery notification email.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-5 working days for your order once it has been dispatched. Outlying areas usually take 5-7 working days.
Can I deliver a gift to a friend or family member?
Absolutely. Please indicate under “notes” that the item/s purchased are a gift and we will exclude the invoice from your order. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘delivery address’ field upon checking out. The ‘billing address’ field would be your address.
Can I change my shipping address or time of delivery?
Deliveries will take place to the shipping address provided at the time of payment of the order. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct at time of placing and making payment for the Order.
While we may assist the customer wherever possible, we take no responsibility for any changes that the Customer may make to the shipping address or any resultant losses, damages or delays.
Do you deliver to a post office?
No we do not deliver to any postal address.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, and we offer a personalised note service. Leave your message under “notes” and we will wrap your gift and write a card for you.
I would like to purchase a gift card, how do I do it?
Here is the link to our gift cards https://delicious-monsters/collections/gifting/products/gift-card which can be purchase via our online store. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

· Please note this is not a physical gift voucher- it is an electronic voucher which needs to be emailed directly to the recipient. Please do not put your email address in.

· Please do not choose "This is a Gift"- your card/note needs to be completed in the notes section at checkout.
